What Happens Next?

1. Submit your appointment request form.

2. Capitol Biometrics will review your requested service, travel location, agency requirements, and appointment availability.

3. You may receive a follow-up call or text to confirm appointment details, travel fees, ORI information, or fingerprinting instructions.

4. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and payment instructions if applicable.

5. Our mobile fingerprint technician will travel directly to your home, office, healthcare facility, or designated meeting location.

6. We execute the fingerprinting capture and collect remaining balance if any.

Payment & Appointment Policy

Appointments are reviewed manually and are not confirmed until approved by Capitol Biometrics.

Travel fees may apply for extended-distance, after-hours, expedited, or specialty appointments.

Government processing fees, state agency fees, FBI Channeling fees, shipping costs, and fingerprint card processing fees may apply separately depending on service requested.

Some appointments may require a deposit prior to confirmation. Approved payment methods may include ACH transfer, credit/debit card, Cash App, or invoice payment links.

Business, corporate, healthcare, and recurring commercial accounts may qualify for invoicing and ACH payment terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits for confirmed mobile appointments are non-refundable once scheduling and travel coordination have been completed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate fingerprinting instructions, ORI numbers, agency forms, and identification documents at the time of appointment.

Capitol Biometrics cannot guarantee acceptance by receiving agencies, as final acceptance standards are determined by the requesting organization or licensing authority.
