Capitol Biometrics is a private mobile fingerprinting provider and is not affiliated with the FBI, FINRA, ATF, any state police agency, or government authority. We capture and transmit fingerprint data as instructed by the requesting agency. Approval, rejection, or processing decisions are made solely by the receiving agency.
Fingerprint cards are printed and mailed from our office after your mobile appointment. We do not print physical fingerprint cards on-site during mobile visits.
Clients are responsible for verifying mailing addresses and submission instructions.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit:
Deposits are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
Clients may reschedule one time with 24 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this time:

Failure to bring required documentation may result in rescheduling at the client’s expense and forfeiture of the deposit.
Capitol Biometrics will make every effort to capture high-quality prints. If fingerprints are rejected due to poor image quality and not agency-related issues, we will reprint one time at no charge.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for submitting fingerprint cards to the appropriate agency.
While we ensure high-quality capture, Capitol Biometrics does not guarantee agency acceptance. Factors such as background findings or agency-specific requirements are outside our control.
